CONJURE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conjure mobile application and its services (collectively, “Conjure”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), along with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not download, install, or use Conjure.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BuzzFeed, Inc. and its affiliates (“BuzzFeed”) grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Conjure on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Conjure except as authorized by this EULA; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Conjure except to the extent permitted by law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; (d) sublicense or rent Conjure to a third party; or (e) use Conjure in a manner that violates any applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Ownership

Conjure, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of BuzzFeed. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in Conjure.

5. Updates

BuzzFeed may provide updates or upgrades to Conjure. These updates may be required to continue using Conjure and may be automatically downloaded and installed. Continued use of Conjure after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Conjure may rely on third-party services, libraries, or APIs. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies, and BuzzFeed is not responsible for their conduct.

7. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. BuzzFeed may terminate this EULA, suspend, or revoke your access to Conjure if you violate this EULA or if BuzzFeed is required to do so by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Conjure and delete any copies from your devices.

8. Disclaimers

Conjure is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. BuzzFeed expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzFeed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Conjure, even if BuzzFeed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BuzzFeed and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, expense, or damage arising from your violation of this EULA or your misuse of Conjure.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any disputes arising from this EULA.
